Dry Flotation
Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the alchemy crystal singing bowls whilst floating in the soft embrace of dry flotation therapy. During dry flotation therapy you lie on a membrane that lets all your troubles float away with a feeling of weightlessness while keeping you totally dry. Gentle vibrations massage your body releasing muscle tension and take you away to a transcendent state alongside the aid of the alchemy crystal singing bowls.
During this personalised sound bath you get the chance to select your own alchemy to use within the sound bath. You will explore the alchemy bowls in more depth, enabling a bespoke sound journey to unfold.
This is a truly nurturing session which allows you to be creative.

Adoption Process
Therapy
This is a course of four bespoke healing sessions to help ground and support you through your adoption journey. Through personal experience Maria understands the effect that adoption can have on you and your personal life. She welcomes you to share your journey in a safe therapeutic space whilst helping you embody, release and process all that you are experiencing at this time.
Each therapy session will take place during four stages of your adoption journey and conclude with a 30min sound bath.
Please book two separate individual sessions if you are a couple. Maria welcomes the option of booking an additional therapy session at the end of the block of treatments to conclude your experience with your partner should you wish to.

Introduction to the
Alchemy Bowls
During this private session you will learn the basics of the alchemy crystal singing bowls to help build confidence in your practice. This will include how to store them, clean them, various playing techniques and learning more about their properties and unique healing qualities.
This session is a chance to tune in to the bowls and feel more comfortable to play them on your own, incorporating them into your own daily practice. Perhaps you would like to use them for meditation, relaxation, or deep contemplation. They are there for you!
This session will end with a 30min sound bath to help align and cement all that you have learnt during the session.

Fertility Process
Therapy
This is a course of four bespoke healing sessions to help ground and support you through your fertility journey. Through personal experience Maria understands the effect that fertility treatment can have on you and your personal life. She welcomes you to share your journey in a safe therapeutic space whilst helping you embody, release and process all that you are experiencing at this time.
This is an example of the support offered through IVF, however Maria welcomes and supports any form of fertility journey.
Each therapy session will take place during four stages of your treatment and conclude with 30mins sound healing.
